just okay, some issues
noisy ac dirty floor
the location was fine. it was near to the bts.
The air conditioner was really noisy. I couldn't sleep well. the floor also wasn't clean when i checked in, and i noticed noisy people in rooms near me. i expect better for the money i paid.

The room was notably spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable, and housekeeping made them daily. The staff demonstrated excellent service. Their friendliness greatly enhanced my stay.

a decent stay near the park
nearby park convenient neighborhood on time room housekeeping refills front staff toilet paper
the hotel is right next to the park, so that's a plus. the room was always cleaned on time, something i really value. the neighborhood is very convenient (i even found a couple of 7-elevens nearby!).
the housekeeping wasn't generous with refills, that's for sure. we actually ran out of toilet paper once (and sugar too!). the front staff told us to ask for help, but i think that shouldn't even be a problem.
